Beginning January 1, 2027, 10 U.S.C. § 4873 restricts DoD acquisition of covered printed circuit boards from China, Russia, North Korea, and Iran, subject to statutory exceptions and waivers. Serflex offers a U.S. manufacturing source for teams reviewing their supply chains. Read the statute

Serflex Select™ selective metallization
Serflex Select is our selective metallization technology for rolled-annealed copper flex circuits. Localized plating supports specific features while preserving surface copper thickness elsewhere.
Manufactured in Los Angeles
Serflex is a privately owned, ISO 9001:2015 certified and ITAR-registered U.S. manufacturer of flexible printed circuits, circuit assemblies, and flexible polyimide heaters based in Canoga Park, California. We combine manufacturing expertise with advanced production and testing capabilities to support customers in the medical, aerospace, and defense markets, from prototype development through production.
The plant runs more than 400 production and test tools, including laser direct imaging, UV and CO2 laser drilling, plating, sputtering, automated optical inspection and flying-probe test.
